1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 working days across the United States.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, or external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.

3. Free Shipping
We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.
During special promotions, estimated delivery times will remain the same unless otherwise stated.
4. Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
You can email us at support@julhas.store with your order number and the correct address.
We will update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after your order is shipped, please contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@julhas.store.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
